These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the services, platform, and content provided by Renviro ("we", "us", or "our") via renviro.online and any associated digital properties. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing workshop content, or otherwise interacting with our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Renviro.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to access and use our services. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any user who does not meet eligibility requirements or who provides false information during registration.
3. Account Registration and Security
Certain features of our platform require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@renviro.online if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
4. Permitted Use

All content available on the platform, including but not limited to workshop materials, instructional code, documentation, graphics, text, and course structures, is the exclusive intellectual property of Renviro or its content licensors. All rights are reserved.
5.2 Licence to Users
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use platform content strictly for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes. This licence does not permit redistribution, public display, or commercial exploitation of any content.
5.3 User Submissions
If you submit code, comments, feedback, or other content to the platform, you grant Renviro a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and incorporate such submissions for the purpose of improving and operating the platform. You retain ownership of your submissions but waive any claim against us for use in accordance with this licence.
6. Payments and Refunds
Where our services involve paid access, workshop enrolment, or subscription tiers, payment terms will be clearly stated at the point of purchase. All fees are quoted and charged in the applicable currency and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing or required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes to pricing will not affect active subscriptions until the next billing cycle, of which you will be notified in advance.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
Our platform may integrate with or link to third-party tools, services, or websites. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for any third-party content or services. Your use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
8. Disclaimers
Our platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
Educational content, code samples, and workshop materials are provided for instructional purposes only. We make no guarantee that application of any techniques or concepts taught will produce specific technical or commercial outcomes in your projects.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Renviro, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Renviro and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or acted in a manner harmful to other users or to Renviro.
Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification — shall remain in effect.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Renviro operates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
We encourage users to contact us directly in the first instance to resolve any concerns informally before pursuing formal legal action.
13. Modifications to the Platform
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice or liability. We may add, remove, or alter features, content, or functionality as part of our ongoing development and improvement efforts.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Renviro with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings on the same subject matter.
