Last Updated: January 23, 2025
Renviro respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its platform to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy outlines how Renviro responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement and how rights holders may submit valid takedown requests.
1. Overview
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and applicable copyright law, Renviro will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent. Upon receipt of a valid and complete takedown notice, we will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available through our platform infringes your copyright or the copyright of someone you are authorised to act on behalf of, you may submit a written notice of infringement to our designated copyright agent. Your notice must include all of the following information to be considered valid.

Notices submitted without all required elements may not be processed. We strongly recommend consulting a legal adviser before submitting a takedown notice to ensure accuracy and completeness.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our copyright agent. A valid counter-notification must include all of the following:
a) Your physical or electronic signature.
b) Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
c) A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
d) Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate judicial body and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notification.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed material within a reasonable timeframe, unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement before that period expires.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Renviro maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is any user who has been the subject of two or more valid DMCA takedown notices. Account termination decisions are made at our sole discretion after review of the relevant circumstances.
6. False Notices
Please be aware that submitting a materially false or bad faith DMCA takedown notice or counter-notification may expose you to liability, including damages, legal costs, and attorneys' fees incurred by the alleged infringer, us, or our licensees. You are required to consider the facts carefully before submitting a notice or counter-notification.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
Renviro acts as a service provider and is not in a position to adjudicate copyright disputes between third parties. Nothing in this policy constitutes legal advice. We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate in response to a DMCA notice, including but not limited to the removal, disabling, or reinstatement of content. Renviro shall not be liable to any party for any decisions made in good faith pursuant to this policy.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or our internal procedures. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date shown at the top of this document. Continued use of our platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
